Thank you for shopping with Skye Orthobiologics, LLC. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed and delivered. By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms below.

## 1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories where standard carrier service is available.

At this time, we **do not ship internationally** or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

## 2. Shipping Cost

**Shipping is always 100% FREE.**

There are no minimum order requirements, no hidden fees, and no surcharges for remote areas. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

## 3. Order Processing Time

- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within **1–2 business days** after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

## 4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated transit times within the United States are:

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

## 5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

## 6. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted national carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier for your specific order is selected based on the destination, package size, and delivery speed.

## 7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

## 8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

1. Check with neighbors and household members.
2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
4. Reach out to us within **7 days of the delivery date** and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** with photos of the packaging and product.

## 9. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are typically able to make changes only before the order has been processed for shipment.
